We are an International Makeup studio that enhances women’s beauty on memorable days.

When you use our services or purchase any products from us you agree to our terms and conditions below:

1.The beauty treatments that we offer at Vicky Bosh Beauty Palace are bridal makeup, party makeup, nail fixing and painting, gele tying, lash extension, perfect eyebrows, eye shadow application, fixing of eyelashes, pedicure and manicure.

2. Full payment is required for corporate clients, big events, all bridal makeup, party makeup, nail fixing and painting, gele tying, lash extension, perfect eyebrows, eye shadow application, fixing of eyelashes, pedicure and manicure.

3. The payment must be done in the name of the person who books the service. If someone else makes a deposit payment for you, this must be clearly mentioned to us.

7. No guests are allowed with you during any treatment.

8. Children are not allowed as a guest to Vicky Bosh Beauty Palace.

9. Pets are not allowed at Vicky Bosh Beauty Palace.

10. Your phone call and the conversations maybe recorded. This is for training purpose and security reasons.

11. Food, drinks and alcohol are not allowed Vicky Bosh Beauty Palace except soft drinks in and water in a well sealed container. 

12. Video or sound recording is not allowed during any treatments and lessons.

13. Extra fee for home/hotel visit: An extra Fee will be charged for a home/hotel visit appointment.

14. Clients are required to pay traveling expenses, parking fees and accommodation for example for weddings.

15. Extra charges will be incurred for Public Holiday Service.

16. Early Morning Fee will be charged for all home visit appointments at your home before 7am.

17. When your appointment time and date are agreed, if client fails to receive the treatment without giving us any notice in advance, there will still be a charge as a price of one treatment.
 
18. Should you suffer from sensitive skin or allergies to any cosmetic products, such as eyelash glue, foundations etc. In benefit for our makeup artists and our clients, it is important that you let us know well in advance. We reserve the right to cancel the service if the behaviour of the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that we deem as a risk to our makeup artists and our clients’ health and well-being. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are non-refundable.

19. All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a service. If younger, a parent or guardian must attend the service. Your ID may be required to prove your age.

20. We may ask you to show to show your ID, this is for insurance purposes.

21. Clients must fill and sign a consultation form before the treatment start.
 
22. Your full name on consultation form must be the same as your ID.

23. All visitors to Vicky Bosh Beauty Palace will be required to sign a visitor form.

24. Your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws.

25. We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

26. We reserve the right to refuse to book or give treatments if we consider the request is not appropriate.

27. When you use our services your photo(s) may be published on www.vickybosh.com, and our social medias as an example of our work.
